Sidney, NE

I remember stopping in this town a few years ago when Bill and I drove through with Mabel and Stella. I think it was 2009.  I remember them being very small and we ate at the Pizza Hut in town.  

Zach was hoping to stop in at the Cabela's here.  Sidney is the location of the Cabela's world headquarters.  Unfortunately, they don't open until 10 am on Sunday. 

Not only is Sidney the world headquarters for Cabela's, it also seems to be recognized by some of the locals as the middle of nowhere.  

We think the last fill-up in North Platte didn't actually fill up the gas tank.  This calculation is based on the fuel and distance from Seward, NE
