Along the way

Oops, made a wrong turn and popped down into Colorado for a few miles.   Made a little detour and back on track quickly.  

We keep seeing wind farms scattered across the landscape.  But yesterday we got up close and personal with one of the blades.  They are enormous.  And I didn't realize that they have a little comb-like fringe along one edge near the end.

Yesterday we made a stop in Iowa to check out the Museum of Danish America.  I was interested in seeing it since my grandmother is Danish and was born in Iowa.  She and her family were one of many Danes that immigrated to America in the early 1900s.  I was fascinated with the museums collection of Danish items.  Zach was mostly interested in the similarities between the Brat and the El Camino that was parked in front of the museum.
