We actually had two stints in Portland this year. In late August soon after the eclipse we stopped for a night and dinner with Jay and then after Mt. St. Helens and the Olympic Peninsula and coast beaches we stopped again for a few days for some rest and repair.
Some so bad it's good cheap beer at a little pizza place near Jay's house. Mabel is clearly not amused.
This was the summer of reading for the girls so this was a fun and expensive trip to Powell's.
Apparently there is a Rose Garden in Portland.
Jays friend. The water is for the crows but this raccoon must be thirsty.
The girls enjoyed Voodoo Doughnuts. So many varieties. I think Mabel is eating The Homer.
Got to wash the camper and also do some repairs. The tray that hold the propane tanks down was a bit loose.
